Simple, but effective
Where do you actually start? You would like more color in your home, but may find it a bit exciting or don't really know where to start. A simple but effective way is to use accessories. It is often a small expense, but can make a big impact. Consider, for example, styling your favorite DETJER chair with one or more colorful pillows. Or outfit your bookcase or coffee table with colorful coffee table books. Whatever accessories you prefer, choose them in a color that suits you and your interior. Yet this is a fairly easy way to bring more color into your home. Plus, it's often a lot cheaper than buying a new piece of furniture, such as a sofa or chairs. And are you completely done with it? You can re-paper or paint the wall in no time. Again, you can decide how extreme you want it to be. You can go for a striking (trend) color, but of course also for a subtle color. It's up to you!
