What if an item or packing is delivered damaged?

In that case we recommend you to take picture of the damage marks and inform us immediately

Is it possible to make a reservation on an item?

Yes, this is possible, just send us an email with your shipping details and your desired item(s).

In the unfortunate case an item is not in stock, will the item be available again?

On item level you can see the expected availability date


While calculating my shipping costs I cannot select my country of destination. Does this mean you do not deliver on that particular location?

For consumers we say that only the selected countries are available for delivery. In case you are a dealer please feel free to contact us.

I would like to return one or more items from my order, what should I do?

You have the option of returning your order, or part of it, within 14 days. The costs for returning the product are at your expense provided that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. To prevent breakages or other damage, the product must also be returned on a pallet. You can use the pallet on which the order was delivered. If your return does not meet one of these conditions, it may not be accepted.

We make every effort to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please check your delivery as soon as it has been received. If the goods are faulty or damaged, please notify us within forty-eight hours so that we can resolve the problem. We will not be held responsible for any damage after 48h that you have received your items.


I want to cancel my order.

You want to cancel an order, you can. However, if a shipment has already been created with our shipping partners, there may be a charge. If the shipment is booked or on its way and you cancel it, or if the shipment cannot be delivered because you were not at home, the costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to the return costs incurred.



Complaints after delivery.

You must make a report to us within 7 days of delivery of any defect in a product
What information do we need to assess your complaint?
- Photo of the outer packaging.
- Photo of the packaging on which the shipping label is clearly visible.
- At least 3 photos or videos of the complaint.
- Photo of the order form. (C22-00000)
- If unpacked, photo of the white quality label. This label is attached to every DETJER product.

In consultation with us you return the items including all accessories, unused and as much as possible in the original packaging within 14 days after delivery.
Advice; it is advisable to check each receipt for damage and take photos of the pallet upon receipt.


Complaints after use.

If the product has been used (normally) and an unauthorised defect arises within the warranty period of 1 year, we will provide a retouching kit or partial refund of the purchase price or a replacement product free of charge.

* At least 3 photos or videos of the complaint.

Warranty does not apply to;
* Product specific properties as described online. See 'Properties' on the product page.
* Normal wear and tear and improper use of the furniture, such as the occurrence of damage by fault, intention or violence.
* Transport damage by third parties.
* Showroom models
* Repaired items.
